1. Overview of the Service
Flowvi is operated by Fluxspark Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Flowvi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Flowvi provides AI-powered emotional reflection, personalized insight, and astrology-inspired guidance for entertainment and personal-reflection purposes only.
Flowvi is not a healthcare, therapy, or medical service and must not be used to diagnose or treat any physical or mental condition. Flowvi does not represent any religious, spiritual, or faith-based system. Users should exercise personal judgment and, where appropriate, seek advice from qualified professionals.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Flowvi. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts and Registration
You may register using an email address, Apple ID, or Google account. You agree to keep credentials secure and promptly notify hi@flowvi.ai of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Types of Purchases
The Services may offer both auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases (IAPs).

Subscriptions grant recurring access to premium features and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

One-time purchases provide permanent access to specific features, reports, or content and do not automatically renew.

Pricing, currency, and taxes are shown before payment.

Purchases made via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are processed by those platforms; their store-specific terms and refund policies apply. Flowvi does not process or store your payment credentials.

4.2 Renewal and Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through:

Web → Flowvi Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. Price changes will be announced in advance.
5. License and Acceptable Use
Flowvi grants you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:

Reverse-engineer or resell the Service;

Upload malicious or offensive content;

Misrepresent AI-generated Output as human-authored;

Use Flowvi or its Output to train or improve external AI or ML models;

Interfere with security or access controls.
6. User Content and AI Processing
6.1 Inputs
You retain ownership of all data and materials you provide (“Inputs”). Inputs may include text, audio, images, videos, and other content you choose to upload, including photos or videos that contain your face or the faces of others. Such content is processed solely to provide AI-powered features within the Service and Flowvi does not perform facial recognition, biometric matching, or identity verification. You grant Flowvi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, process, store, and analyze Inputs to operate, maintain, and improve the Service—including training, fine-tuning, and evaluating AI models operated by us or authorized third-party model providers acting on our behalf. This may include text, audio, images, videos, and other content you choose to upload, including photos or videos that contain your face or the faces of others. Such content is processed solely to provide AI-powered features within the Service. Flowvi does not perform facial recognition, biometric matching, or identity verification.
6.2 Third-Party Model Providers
Flowvi may engage reputable AI vendors (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to assist in model inference or training. Such vendors act under Flowvi’s instructions and are bound by confidentiality, de-identification, and data-minimization requirements. If a vendor wishes to use your data to improve its own foundation models, such use occurs only with your explicit consent or settings preference.
6.3 Opt-Out of Model Improvement
By default, anonymized Inputs and Outputs may be used for model improvement. You may opt out at any time in Settings → Privacy → AI Training Preferences or by emailing hi@flowvi.ai.
6.4 Outputs
You own the AI-generated Outputs you receive. Outputs are for entertainment and personal reflection only and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for professional use. Flowvi does not warrant that Outputs are error-free or free of third-party rights.
7. Privacy
Your data is processed in accordance with the Flowvi Privacy Policy, which details data categories, legal bases, cross-border transfers, and opt-out rights.
8. Children’s Privacy
Flowvi is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the app, please contact us at hi@flowvi.ai and we will promptly delete such information.
9. Communications and Marketing
By creating an account, you agree to receive essential service communications. If you opt in to promotional emails or SMS, you consent to automated messages. You can unsubscribe by following the link in any email or texting STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
10. Intellectual Property
All Flowvi trademarks, designs, and AI technologies are owned by Fluxspark Inc. or its licensors. You may not use them except as expressly authorized.
11. Disclaimers
The Service and Outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” All astrology-related or personality-based content is for entertainment and informational purposes only. Such content should not be relied upon for medical, psychological, financial, or life decisions. Flowvi does not analyze facial features for biometric profiling or identity purposes. Flowvi does not claim to provide spiritual, religious, or therapeutic services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowvi’s total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees you paid during that period. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Flowvi and its affiliates against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, in English, seated in Delaware. Either party may bring claims in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property or security violations. You may opt out within 30 days by emailing hi@flowvi.ai with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.” Class actions are not permitted.
16. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at https://www.flowvi.ai/terms-of-service. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
