Flowvi (“Flowvi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a product operated by Fluxspark Inc..

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use our mobile app, web app (https://www.flowvi.ai), and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using Flowvi, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services and contact us at hi@flowvi.ai to request data deletion.


1. Information We Collect

We collect information from you directly, automatically, and through trusted third parties to deliver and improve Flowvi’s personalized emotional experience.

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account & Profile Data: Email, password (hash), display name, Apple ID or Google ID, and optional profile photo.

  • Birth Information and Personalized Insight Data: Includes name, date, time, and place of birth used to generate personalized emotional and reflective insights. This information is processed solely for content personalization within the Flowvi app and web app. It is not treated as health, psychological, or religious data, and is never used for identification or profiling.

  • User Reflections & Emotional Inputs: Text, audio, images, or short-video content you share for journaling, reflection, or AI conversation.

  • Subscription & Payment Data: Managed by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, PayPal, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. Flowvi does not store complete card details.

  • Support Requests: Any messages, attachments, or additional details you send to customer support.

  • Face Images (Optional): If you choose to upload or share photos or videos containing your face or the faces of others, such content is processed only for emotional-reflection features, journaling, or AI-assisted interactions.

Flowvi does not perform facial recognition or identity matching.

These images are not used to determine protected characteristics and are processed securely and in accordance with your privacy settings.

1.2 How We Collect Information

We collect personal information in the following ways:

  1. Information You Provide Directly We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you use our services, including:
  • When you create an account or log in (e.g., email, name, or third-party login credentials such as Apple ID or Google ID)
  • When you enter text, audio, image, or video inputs in the app (“Prompts”)
  • When you provide profile or personal context information, such as birth date, time, and location, for personalized insights
  • When you upload content, such as images or recordings
  • When you contact customer support or communicate with us
  1. Information Collected Automatically We collect certain information automatically when you use our app and services. This information is collected through system logs, analytics tools, cookies, SDKs, APIs, and similar technologies.

This may include:

  • Device Information: such as IP address, device ID, operating system and version, browser type, language, network type, carrier, and push-notification token
  • Usage Information: such as session duration, clickstream data, feature usage, interactions, and performance metrics
  • Location Information: approximate or precise location (if permission is granted) to support regional customization and time-zone accuracy
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: used to maintain sessions, improve security, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings
  1. Information from Third-Party Sources We may receive information from third-party services when you choose to interact with them through our app, including:
  • Third-Party Login Providers (such as Apple or Google), which may provide your name and verified email address
  • Payment Providers (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, or similar services), which process transactions and may share limited transaction-related information with us

We only collect and use such information as necessary to provide our services.

1.3 Information from Third-Party Logins

If you log in via Apple or Google, we receive limited information such as your name and verified email address.


2. How We Use Personal Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide Core Services – manage accounts, deliver personalized reflections, and enable insight-based features.

  • Personalize Experiences – tailor tone, recommendations, and content based on emotional and reflective patterns.

  • Operate Web and Mobile Platforms – maintain authentication, track performance, and ensure cross-device functionality.

  • Research & Development – test new features, conduct A/B experiments, and measure engagement.

  • AI Processing and Model Improvement – see Section 3.

  • Communicate with You – send updates, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support.

  • Marketing (with consent) – send newsletters or personalized promotional content.

  • Payment Processing – manage billing and subscriptions.

  • Fraud Prevention & Security – detect suspicious behavior and maintain service integrity.

  • Legal Compliance – fulfill audit, tax, and data-protection requirements.

  • We do not analyze face images for identity verification, biometric profiling, or recognition.


3. AI Data & Model Training

Flowvi uses proprietary and third-party AI systems. We share data with the following third-party AI service providers: Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic. We send user-provided content, including text, audio, and images ("Prompts"), to these third-party AI service providers solely for the purpose of generating responses and personalized insights.

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or tracking purposes. We do not share data with any other third parties. All third-party service providers we work with are required to provide the same or equivalent level of data protection.

3.1 Processing of Prompts and Outputs

Your text, audio, image, profile or birth-related information (if applicable) inputs (“Prompts”) are processed to generate responses (“Outputs”) for personalized emotional reflections. Technical filters and pseudonymization remove identifiers before storage or reuse. If your Prompts include face images, they are processed as ordinary image content and not analyzed for identity or biometric attributes. If you do not wish to have face images processed, please refrain from uploading them.

3.2 Model Training and Opt-Out

By default, anonymized Prompts and Outputs may be used to enhance AI performance. You can opt out at any time via Settings → Privacy → AI Training Preferences, or by emailing hi@flowvi.ai. Opting out will not affect your access to Flowvi’s features.

3.3 Human Review

Occasionally, authorized reviewers may assess anonymized Prompts and Outputs for quality and safety assurance. Reviewers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

3.4 Non-Medical Scope

Flowvi offers emotional support, mindfulness reflection, and personalized insight guidance. These are for personal wellness and entertainment only. Flowvi does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical or psychological conditions.

All third-party service providers we work with are required to maintain data protection standards equal to or greater than those described in this Privacy Policy, and are contractually obligated to protect user data.

Certain analytics integrations may be considered “data sharing” under CCPA; users may opt out via hi@flowvi.ai.


6. Cookies and Web Tracking

The Flowvi web app uses cookies and related technologies to:

  • Maintain secure login sessions

  • Store user preferences

  • Analyze traffic and improve performance

Cookies are categorized as:

  • Essential: Required for login and security.

  • Functional: Remember language and personalization settings.

  • Analytics: Aggregate, anonymized metrics for improvement.

  • Marketing (with consent): Optional for personalized offers.

You can manage cookie preferences in your browser or Flowvi’s consent banner.


7. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Personal data is retained only while your account remains active.

  • Once deleted, all personal data is purged from Flowvi servers and processors within 30 days.

  • Aggregated non-identifiable analytics may be stored for product improvement.

You can delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account or email hi@flowvi.ai.


8. Data Security

Flowvi employs technical and organizational safeguards:

  • TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest

  • Role-based access control (RBAC)

  • Regular audits and penetration tests

  • Multi-region encrypted backups

  • Vendor confidentiality agreements and limited access protocols

Despite strong safeguards, no system is 100% secure. We continuously monitor and update security measures.


9. International Data Transfers

Your data is primarily stored in the United States. For EEA, UK, and other international users, data transfers rely on:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs); and

  • Additional technical and organizational measures ensuring adequate protection.

By using Flowvi, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information as described.


10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may exercise the following rights:

  • Access or request a copy of your data

  • Correct or delete personal information

  • Restrict or object to specific processing (including AI training)

  • Withdraw consent at any time

  • Data portability (receive machine-readable copy)

  • Opt out of data sharing or targeted advertising (CCPA)

  • File a complaint with your local data authority

To submit a request, email hi@flowvi.ai with subject line “Privacy Request”. We will respond within 30 days.


11. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Flowvi is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years old. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the service, please contact us at hi@flowvi.ai with the subject ”COPPA Concern.” We will promptly investigate and remove such data.


12. Non-Medical Disclaimer

Flowvi provides AI-assisted emotional reflection and personalized insight experiences for personal growth and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health advice. If you are experiencing distress, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service.


13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The latest version is available at https://www.flowvi.ai/privacy-policy. If material changes affect your rights, we will notify you via email or in-app alert before they take effect.
